ANDREW TUAÑO

Chief Executive Officer & Managing Partner

   Drew has over 13 years of brand management experience. He started his career in Unilever where he handled CloseUp. Drew then moved to Globe under segment marketing for acquisitions. He joined various pharmaceutical companies after, managing consumer and ethical brands – Boehringer-Ingelheim, Roche and Sanofi. He eventually joined Rebisco as a Marketing Capability Senior Manager, training young and senior marketers in the fields of strategy and action planning. When not working on brands, Drew can be seen teaching at the University of Asia and the Pacific (his alma mater) and giving public workshops about brand, sales and digital.

RYAN RUBILLAR

Chief Creative & Managing Partner

   Ryan was educated at the University of Asia and the Pacific where he studied Integrated Marketing Communications. He has been writing ads for over a decade and has only realized it now. He started his career in TBWA, got promoted to Creative Director in Publicis Jimenez Basic, then moved to NuWorks Interactive Lab. He is a digital creative with a wisdom of a traditional ad man. San Miguel Beer, Nestle, KFC, Unilab, Smart were some of his clients. His works were recognised in various local and international advertising award shows. On weekends, he teaches Digital Content/Advertising at his alma mater.

CARA BAUTISTA

Associate Creative Director & Managing Partner

   Cara is a purebred digital creative with over 8 years of experience in the industry. After studying Information Design in the Ateneo De Manila University, she started her career as a Digital Art Director at Havas Media Ortega. She then rose up the ranks in FCB Manila and, eventually, in Nuworks Interactive Labs as an Associate Creative Director. Most of her key wins and projects are for the San Miguel Beer portfolio. Additionally, she has handled other clients such as Nestle, Smart, Lazada, and Petron.
